      Pacific Grass, you have brought me and my sister such great sleep! I usually take a sharp pair of scissors and snip them into half and then half again for a 25mg dose. That's good for daytime and the half portions are good for relaxing and I don't usually use the whole 100mg unless I have back pain that is killer. Spinal Stenosis is a bummer. But not so much anymore! Thank you again Pacific Grass!
