Directions:

  • 200mg: Product is easily divided into 8 x 25 mg doses. Allow 90 minutes for full effect before considering an additional dose. Take with food for best results.
  • 1600mg: Product is easily divided into 16 x 100 mg doses. Allow 90 minutes for full effect before considering an additional dose. Take with food for best results.
