We wanted to provide you with an important update regarding the shipping delays we’re currently experiencing due to the ongoing Canada Post strike and the high volume of holiday orders.

Like many small businesses, we’ve been significantly impacted by these disruptions. In addition to the challenges with Canada Post, private carriers like UPS and Purolator are also overwhelmed due to the busy season, which has led to delays in processing and delivery.

Some of the common issues we’re seeing include:

  • Packages being held by couriers due to the nature of their contents
  • Packages being lost in transit or stolen.
  • Tracking not updating until delivery is complete.

We understand how frustrating this is, and we want to assure you that all incoming orders are packed and ready to ship. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking to update. For all orders that have been shipped, we are monitoring them closely and actively working to identify any packages that have stalled or are affected by these issues. If needed, we’ll re-send any packages that may have been impacted by the reasons listed above.

We are also finding that couriers are withholding packages that we have shipped off, due to disputes being filed that openly state the contents of their package. Please hold off on filing disputes with banks or couriers, as doing so can complicate and lengthen the resolution process. If you’re experiencing issues with your order, please reach out to us directly so we can assist you. We kindly ask for your patience during this time, as we work to resolve these delays as quickly as possible.

    Package has “arrived” four times, at the same sort facility.  Plus delays.  Usually shipping is fast and easy, but Purolator has been one giant headache 🥴
