  • 📦 Backlogged Orders:
    We’re actively shipping all backlogged orders and expect them to be en route no later than tomorrow!
  • 📍Orders Stuck in Transit:
    If your order seems stuck, please email us at support@pacificgrass.co, and we’ll investigate and resolve it for you. We’re experiencing a high volume of inquiries but are working through them as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience!
  • 🚚 Updated Shipping Process:
    We’re using a mix of couriers to ensure reliable delivery. Your tracking info will show which courier is handling your order.
  • 📬 PO Box Deliveries:
    Unfortunately, our current couriers do not ship to PO boxes. To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is a physical address. If you need to update it before placing an order, you can do so here: Update Address
