For germination:

Place seeds in a small glass or container with room temperature water to cover and leave to hydrate for 24hrs.

Remove from water, spread out on a moistened paper towel (moist, not enough to drip), fold paper towel to cover, place in closed a tupperware or a sandwich/freezer bag and keep at room temperature.

Check daily and transfer seeds to the growth medium as taproots emerge.
