We know that discretion is important. We vacuum seal your weed products for freshness and bubble wrap for maximum protection. We use generic prepaid Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes to package your marijuana products and ensure there is no writing that would identify or advertise the contents.

Can I cancel, edit, or add to my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. Email us at support@pacificgrass.co and we will confirm the cancellation. Then place your new order.

When does my order ship out?

Your order will ship one day after your payment has been received and confirmed. All orders and payment received by 6:00pm will be shipped the next business day. Sorry, we only ship within Canada.

Can I contact someone directly?

Yes, we have a customer representative available that you can communicate with by email or chat. Our hours of operation are from 9:00am to 6:00pm PST and we can usually respond immediately or within an hour or two of your request.

What are the shipping charges?

All orders over $150 are shipped free of charge with Xpress Post (2-3 Days). For orders under $150 there is a $20.00 shipping charge also for Xpress Post.

Is tax included?

Taxes are already included into the price of the product.

Canada Post says successfully delivered but i haven't received my package?

Typically there are two possible scenarios that could have occurred:

The postal worker delivered to the wrong mailbox due to an incorrect address or human error.
The most common challenge is the postal worker will scan all of his packages saying they were “successfully delivered” and then spend the next day or two delivering them. If you did not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date please contact us and we will start a trace.

What happens if i don't get my package?

If you don’t get your package two days after the expected delivery date, contact us at support@pacificgrass.ca. We will then immediately start a trace with Canada Post. The Canada Post trace can take up to 5 business days.
