What do I need to place an order?
To place an order:

- Use a valid payment method, we only accept interac e-transfer
How do you package my shipment?
We know that discretion is important. We use secure packaging for maximum protection. We use generic mailers to package your marijuana products and ensure there is no writing that would identify or advertise the contents.
Can I cancel, edit, or add to my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. Email us at [email protected] and we will confirm the cancellation. Then place your new order.
When does my order ship out?
Your order will ship one day after your payment has been received and confirmed. All orders and payment received by 5:30pm PST will be shipped the next business day. Sorry, we only ship within Canada.
Can I contact someone directly?
Yes, we have a customer representative available that you can communicate with by email or chat. Our hours of operation are from 5:00am to 7:00pm PST and we can usually respond immediately or within an hour or two of your request.
What are the shipping charges?
All orders over $150 are shipped free of charge with Express Shipping, and all orders over $200 are shipped free of charge with XpressPost. For orders under $150 there is a $25.00 shipping charge.

Taxes are already included into the price of the product.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Interac E-transfer payments through an online bank or credit union. To find out more please see our handy video tutorial. Once payment has been received we will send you an email confirming receipt of your payment.
The tracking number you provided doesn't work?
We email you the tracking number before the package is scanned by Canada Post. The correct tracking number should show up within 6-24 hours.
Canada Post says successfully delivered but i haven't received my package?
Typically there are two possible scenarios that could have occurred:
- The postal worker delivered to the wrong mailbox due to an incorrect address or human error.
- The most common challenge is the postal worker will scan all of his packages saying they were “successfully delivered” and then spend the next day or two delivering them. If you did not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date please contact us and we will start a trace.
What happens if i don't get my package?
If you don’t get your package two days after the expected delivery date, contact us at [email protected]. We will then immediately start a trace with Canada Post. The Canada Post trace can take up to 5 business days.
