      I'm impressed by the product. Only a little bit hits you hard so I've had to learn how to time my use, as it's very different from other edible products I've tried. If you're looking for a powerful and easy dosing product this would be it. Haven't tried mixing it in any way, I always just use the built in dropper to dose directly.

      Melatonin isn't intended for long term use, it's meant to reset your sleep-wake cycle after sleep disturbance (shift work, jet lag, etc). Extended use can cause your body to slow natural melatonin production and cause worse sleep issues. I buy this and the CBD/THC tincture, use this for the first few nights to reset if I'm having a particularly hard time sleeping, then swap to the other tincture

      the grape seed oil is as close to flavorless as possible and the dropper makes dosing super convenient

I am not going to comment on taste as I prefer to mix it with a bit of yogurt. The dropper needs some work, its not the best if needing an accurate dose. First time took a full syringe and nothing happened, second time, took two syringes and nothing happened, I guess my tolerance is too high.
