What’s a Passkey?

It’s a simpler, safer way to sign in. Instead of typing a password, you use Face ID, Touch ID, or Windows Hello — the same way you unlock your phone.

We Never See Your Biometrics

Here’s the important part: your fingerprint or face scan never leaves your device.

When you sign in, your device verifies it’s you, then sends us a secure code that says “yes, this is them.” That’s all we receive. Your biometric data stays locked on your phone or computer — we never see it.
