I have cut each gummy into 4 pieces because these would be WAY too strong for someone whom isn't accustomed to taking THC. These are difficult to cut, so use a serrated knife VERY slowly & carefully. I can't speak to how they taste of their texture, because they're not wheat free (this is different from something being gluten free), & I can't have them.
