Great taste, has helped given me feel a little… looser but I think that’s more mental than physical surprisingly. Have no real negatives that couldn’t probably be explained as my body being different or me being unknowledgeable, so I’d recommend

The smell seems artificial to me (even though they claim to use only organic ingredients). Nevertheless it doesn’t taste what it smell like as the taste is pleasant and subtle. Not my favorite but not a bad choice.
