Cashback Points Policy Update
Dear Pacific Grass Community,
We want to inform you about an important update to our Cashback Points policy that will take effect on September 1, 2024.
What’s Changing?
Starting September 1, 2024, we are implementing a policy update regarding the expiration of Cashback Points. To keep your Cashback Points active, you will need to place at least one order within the previous 365 days. This means that if no purchase is made within a year, your Cashback Points and Scratchcard Points will expire.
Why the Change?
This change is designed to ensure that our rewards program remains fair and beneficial to our active customers. By encouraging regular engagement and purchases, we aim to enhance your experience with Pacific Grass and provide ongoing value through our loyalty program.
What You Need to Do
If you currently have Cashback Points, we encourage you to check your account and consider making a purchase before August 31, 2024, to maintain the benefits of your points. After September 1, 2024, your points will remain active as long as you have at least one order placed in the past 365-day period.
